Camping World is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to serve as the vital bridge between our Sales and Service teams. In this growing role, you will ensure a seamless preparation and delivery process for all new and used RVs. Your mission is to deliver a consistently exceptional and professional experience for every guest, guiding them from the moment of sale through the final handover of their vehicle.
As the key link in this chain, you will guide new owners through the delivery process, ensuring thorough RV demonstrations and final quality inspections. Beyond the mechanics of delivery, you will introduce guests to our Service Advisor team and follow up within 24 hours to confirm satisfaction. This position is designed for those who thrive on organization and customer engagement, ensuring that every customer feels supported and valued throughout their journey.
