As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary voice for our customers, handling inquiries related to orders, shipments, and billing. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of the TAG business and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be expected to resolve issues with empathy and sensitivity, acting as a knowledgeable resource for all Leer customers.
In this position, you will answer calls promptly, trace shipments, and provide accurate information regarding price quotes, shipping dates, and potential delays. Beyond standard support, you will have the opportunity to assist in closing sales by quoting products and following up on open quotations. The role requires a self-starter who can work independently while effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
