About the Role

As a Delivery Associate, you hold one of the most critical and valued positions within our organization. We utilize top-of-the-line technology and comfortable, company-provided vehicles to safely deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses. Each Delivery Associate is a direct representative of Lime Logistics, serving as the face of our company to the public.

This role is designed for motivated individuals with a great attitude. You will need to think on your feet to make successful deliveries while maintaining safety, focus, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be expected to continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience, such as identifying better ways to place packages at the customer site or assisting with extra deliveries when time permits.

A Day in the Life

Your typical day begins by arriving at the distribution facility (DTU6 - Deer Valley) by the required time to receive your van assignment. You will attend a morning stand-up meeting to discuss areas of focus before receiving your route assignment, keys, tools, and a delivery smartphone/GPS device loaded with pre-determined routes and estimates.

Before hitting the road, you will perform a thorough pre-trip vehicle inspection to check the van for damage. Throughout your 9 to 12-hour shift, you will deliver up to 350+ packages, requiring you to be on your feet, climb in and out of the van frequently, and handle lifting up to 50 lbs. You will follow all delivery instructions and assist fellow team members as needed. At the end of the day, you will return the van to the station after refueling, remove all trash and debris, perform a post-trip inspection noting any maintenance items, and return your smartphone, scanner, tools, and keys.

Hiring Process

We are currently expanding and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, authorized to work in the US, and fluent in English. Please note that shifts are assigned 7 days a week, with all shifts being 9-10 hours in length, and we operate 361 days a year.
