We are seeking Data Center Technicians to join our growing infrastructure operations team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed for individuals who are eager to launch their careers in IT. While technical expertise is valued, we prioritize a curious personality and a willingness to learn new processes over extensive prior experience. Successful candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment where they can grow alongside a mentor and tackle real-world challenges.
In this position, you will be on your feet troubleshooting and repairing servers with hardware and network issues. Your day-to-day involves performing hardware diagnostics, replacing failed components, and utilizing a ticketing system to manage incidents for servers and networking equipment. You will also contribute to project work and capacity management. This is a production-focused role that requires adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
We are looking for entry-level IT professionals, including students or those with internship experience, who possess a foundational understanding of IT. While we prefer candidates with 1+ years of support experience, hardware, or cabling background, we are open to those with as little as six months of experience if they demonstrate the right mindset. You must be flexible, open to change, and ready to invest in your career by wearing appropriate safety gear, such as composite toe work boots. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a challenge, likes to learn, and can work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
