The Phlebotomist 2 position is a lead role in the safe collection of blood products. In addition to performing sterile venipunctures, you will facilitate donor flow, assess donor eligibility, and deliver top-notch customer service while ensuring compliance with regulations.
As a leader, you will facilitate daily team functions, use effective problem-solving to resolve personnel or donor concerns, and guide new team members. You will also have the opportunity to participate in annual leadership and development training.
We currently have openings for Phlebotomists 2 on two distinct teams:
Training: For external candidates, training can last up to nine weeks. Days and hours will vary depending on mobile drives or donor center hours and may include early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
Standard Schedule: To best meet the needs of our donors and the community, team members work a variable schedule which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedules are provided three weeks in advance.
