About the Role
We empower the fighting spirit in you by offering a fitness-focused workplace vibe complete with on-site fitness classes, wellness programs, and a supportive community. In this role, you will supervise activities in the Kid's Club area, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. Your day will involve providing childcare, entertaining kids with approved games and activities, and maintaining a positive, friendly, and caring attitude while interacting with both children and their parents. You will also be responsible for keeping the Kid's Club area clean and maintained according to set standards, verifying that parents receive copies of policies, and reporting any health concerns to the supervisor or operations manager.
