About the Role
We empower the fighting spirit in you by offering a fitness-focused workplace vibe complete with on-site fitness classes, wellness programs, and a supportive community. In this role, you will be the heart of our Kid's Club, supervising activities and providing childcare in a safe, engaging environment. Your day will involve entertaining children with games and approved activities while maintaining a positive, friendly, and caring attitude with both kids and their parents. You will ensure the Kid's Club area remains clean and meets set standards, and you will be the first point of contact for any health concerns or discipline issues requiring parental assistance.
