About the Role
You will be the heart of our Kid's Club, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their parents focus on their fitness goals. This role is about more than just supervision; it is about projecting a positive, friendly, and caring attitude that makes both children and parents feel welcome. You will actively participate in entertaining children with games and approved activities, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
Your day will involve managing the Kid's Club area to ensure it remains clean and meets our high standards. You will be the first point of contact for any child health concerns, reporting them immediately to the Supervisor or Operations Manager to ensure safety protocols are followed. Additionally, you will verify that all parents receive copies of our policies, maintaining clear communication and trust with our families.
