We are seeking a Database Specialist III to join our team in Los Altos, CA. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity of healthcare provider and location information across enterprise systems, digital platforms, and third-party directories.
In this position, you will work independently to identify and resolve data integrity issues, execute large-scale data reviews, and deliver validated datasets that support patient access and provider discoverability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage incoming requests, prioritize workload, and maintain documentation while adhering to strict data quality standards. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced Excel skills and data analysis techniques to drive continuous process improvement efforts.

Experience with taxonomy mapping and taxonomy crosswalks. Experience supporting digital platforms and online directories. Knowledge of third-party listing management processes. Experience with reporting dashboards and performance analytics. Experience conducting competitive audits and local presence reviews. Familiarity with healthcare operations and provider data management.
