You will serve as a consultant to CACI programs, advising on approaches and actions during assessment activities to ensure customer expectations are met. Your work will involve coordinating, executing, and validating performance assessments to drive improvements and assist programs with successful recompete efforts.
The day-to-day involves utilizing multiple types of feedback to provide reporting and perform analysis across various levels of the organization, blending both quantitative and qualitative insights. You will act as a subject matter expert on CACI's past performance library, supporting Business Development and Capture activities. Additionally, you will coordinate with and train program personnel on assessment optimization tactics and the assessment process, while participating in Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including audits and process improvements.
