About the Opportunity
OpenKyber is seeking a Senior Developer to serve as a technical lead on a critical 6-month W2 contract. This role focuses on the transformation of a Contact Center platform, requiring an individual contributor who can independently drive complex business functionality and implement enterprise-grade software solutions. The position is remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in Raleigh, NC.
The Role in Context
In this capacity, you will function as the primary technical authority on development projects, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution. You will be responsible for defining development strategies, guiding teams through Proof of Concepts, and evaluating new technologies to enhance user experiences. The role demands a deep understanding of healthcare IT, specifically within the context of Medicaid Information Technology Architecture, to ensure solutions meet rigorous industry standards.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with Business Analysis teams to finalize system designs, coordinating software implementation tasks, and managing program risks. As a technical lead, you will also contribute to the broader development practice by publishing technology points of view and white papers, ensuring that the team stays ahead of industry trends while delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable microservices.

Requirements
