About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Engineer to lead the design, development, modernization, and support of our enterprise-grade applications. In this position, you will serve as a technical architect and mentor, driving the evolution of our cloud-native infrastructure while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, fostering a culture of engineering excellence across multiple teams.
You will spend your days collaborating with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps. Your day-to-day involves leading architecture reviews, establishing development standards, and guiding teams through modernization initiatives. Beyond coding, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform by mentoring developers, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with rigorous security and governance standards.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or application modernization programs. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to AI/ML integrations and cloud-based analytics solutions. Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications. Experience in highly regulated industries such as Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, or Telecommunications.
