About the Role
Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Statistical and Data Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for the Domestic and Sexual Violence Services Division (DSVS). This role is vital to advancing the DSVS mission by providing statistical analysis and business intelligence support to programs, grants, and operations.
You will act as a bridge between complex data and actionable insights. Your work involves cleansing data, developing queries, and maintaining Power BI dashboards that translate program and grant data into clear metrics for leadership and strategic planning. You will collaborate with DSVS programs, staff, and the community to ensure data-informed decision-making, supporting evidence-based practices and strengthening service delivery to survivors.

Nice to Have

Experience using SQL and/or R. Experience with processing and integrating complex data. Experience with identifying possible solutions to solve problems and present ideas to staff. Experience working cooperatively and successfully with internal stakeholders, cross-functional groups, and community partners. Experience with speaking in public and giving presentations. Master's degree. Bilingual in English and another language.
