This position serves as a critical quality assurance partner within the Environmental Community Services (ECS) Division. You will ensure the integrity of lead hazard control activities performed by MDHHS and external agencies. Your work involves conducting quality audits on systems data, developing outcome reports, and creating metrics to track performance.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal staff to identify best practices and areas for improvement regarding lead identification and abatement. You will provide strategic input to advise both internal and external programs on recommendations that enhance the overall quality of work. Additionally, you will assist the Manager in developing the metrics and reports necessary to maintain high standards of data quality.

Based on operational needs, remote work or hybrid schedules may be considered, provided the work is completed within Michigan. Selected candidates approved for remote work are responsible for providing their own secure work location, suitable furniture, and a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload). The state will provide computers and necessary phones.
