Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) brings together data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care. With AI embedded across our products and services, we help customers turn that promise into a better future for all. Our mission-critical data centers operate across regions and continents, influencing infrastructure reliability, security, sustainability, and long-term capacity growth.
This role sits within a technically rigorous environment where you will work alongside experienced engineers, automation specialists, and compliance teams in a rapidly scaling hyperscale cloud infrastructure. Here, disciplined execution and technical depth matter. We are an organization that values safety, process rigor, clear accountability, and continuous improvement as foundational to protecting uptime and customer trust.
You will lead a team of site support professionals at the IC3 level, ensuring support services are delivered consistently across the campus in alignment with Oracle standards. While this role does not manage plant operations directly, it plays a critical role in supporting safe, efficient, and well-governed site execution in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
In this position, you will partner closely with Facilities Operations leadership, service teams, logistics, compliance, and site leadership to improve execution quality and maintain strong process discipline. Your day-to-day involves establishing clear expectations for service quality, responsiveness, and documentation accuracy while overseeing administrative coordination, workflow support, and records management. You will allocate work across the team to maintain effective support coverage for scheduling, maintenance communications, vendor coordination, and site events.
As the site grows, you will help scale the site-support function, identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement. You will ensure disciplined use of business systems like CMMS and ServiceNow to maintain audit-ready records and provide regular visibility to site leadership on support workload and process health. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to global impact at scale while benefiting from internal mobility and role-based technical training designed for professionals building long-term careers in cloud infrastructure.
The role is located onsite in Saline, Michigan, and requires U.S. citizenship. Relocation assistance may be available in accordance with Oracle's relocation policies. The position is part of a broader hiring effort that generally accepts applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or as long as the job remains posted.
