About the Role

As a Specialist of Engineering Services, you will oversee the strategic operation and maintenance of critical campus assets, with a specialized focus on elevator systems and vertical transportation. This role is designed to drive operational excellence by implementing robust preventative maintenance programs and managing vendor oversight. You will leverage data analytics to track system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives that minimize campus disruptions.

In this position, you will serve as a vital link between the campus community and facility operations. You will troubleshoot asset problems, respond to emergency requests, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure continuous operation. Your work will involve managing complex maintenance contracts, overseeing contractor performance, and analyzing data to inform decisions regarding repairs and replacements.
