About the Role
The Manager of Advancement Services plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of our donor ecosystem. By overseeing CRM management, prospect research, and grant documentation, this position provides the strategic insights and tools necessary to strengthen portfolio performance and drive accurate fundraising forecasting.
This role exists to ensure that every donor interaction is supported by precise data and that our grant processes are seamless and compliant. You will serve as a critical bridge between data and strategy, collaborating with Finance and Marketing Communications to inform stewardship efforts and event follow-ups. Your work directly empowers the Senior Director of Advancement and the broader team to build deeper relationships with our supporters and secure the resources needed for our mission.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circlePrepare prospect profiles and meeting briefs
- check_circleSupport segmentation and portfolio optimization
- check_circleMaintain complete and organized grant files including proposals and budgets
- check_circleSupport grant reporting requirements and internal tracking
- check_circleProvide data insights to inform fundraising, stewardship, and event follow-up
- check_circleCollaborate with Finance and MarCom on donor reporting and communication
Requirements
- verified3–5 years of advancement services or prospect research experience
- verifiedProficiency in Raiser's Edge required
- verifiedSalesforce familiarity preferred
- verifiedStrong analytical and writing skills
