About the Role
The Development Operations Manager serves as the lead fundraising and development professional at Growing Home. This role is pivotal in driving and executing a comprehensive, data-informed development strategy that ensures the organization's financial sustainability and growth. Blending high-level strategy with hands-on execution, you will oversee all fundraising, donor engagement, and performance tracking efforts.
As a key partner to the CEO, you will lead revenue generation across all streams while establishing clear metrics for success and accountability. You will work closely with the CEO, the Board, and cross-functional teams to cultivate a culture of philanthropy, ensuring that every interaction with a donor strengthens our shared mission. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on data, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about anti-poverty and social justice work.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and execute the organization's annual comprehensive fundraising plan
- check_circleManage and grow diversified revenue streams including individual, corporate, and foundation support
- check_circleOversee individual giving strategies for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- check_circlePartner with the Director of Programs to oversee foundation and government funding strategies
- check_circleDesign and implement segmented donor engagement strategies across supporter types
- check_circleEstablish, track, and report on key fundraising and engagement KPIs
- check_circleServe as the primary administrator for the organization CRM and ensure data integrity
- check_circleCoordinate with Operations and Finance on gift processing and financial reporting
- check_circleSupport the Board of Directors and Development Committee in fundraising efforts
Requirements
- verified4+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience
- verifiedExperience with CRM systems (Raiser's Edge/RENXT or similar) required
