The Development Operations Manager serves as the lead fundraising and development professional at Growing Home. This role is pivotal in driving and executing a comprehensive, data-informed development strategy that ensures the organization's financial sustainability and growth. Blending high-level strategy with hands-on execution, you will oversee all fundraising, donor engagement, and performance tracking efforts.
As a key partner to the CEO, you will lead revenue generation across all streams while establishing clear metrics for success and accountability. You will work closely with the CEO, the Board, and cross-functional teams to cultivate a culture of philanthropy, ensuring that every interaction with a donor strengthens our shared mission. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on data, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about anti-poverty and social justice work.
