Doximity is transforming the healthcare industry with a mission to help every physician be more productive and provide better care for their patients. As medicine's largest network in the United States, we operate with an elevated level of responsibility, committed to building diverse teams with an inclusive culture that makes a direct impact on the healthcare system.
We are a team of doers who solve problems daily, treating obstacles like an adventure. We are passionate about improving inefficiencies in the $4.3 trillion U.S. healthcare system and love creating technology that has a real, meaningful impact on people's lives. Doxers are committed to working towards a more equitable world both within and beyond our office walls, fostering an environment where differences are valued and all employees are encouraged to bring their full, authentic selves to work.
Our core value is stretching ourselves. Even if you don't check off all the boxes, we encourage you to apply. Doximity is full of exceptional people who bring their own unique experiences to work every day, making us all better for it. We have worked as a distributed team for a long time (currently about 65% distributed) and utilize a robust tech stack including UNIX command-line interfaces, standard programming tools, and over 350 private repositories on GitHub.
As a Data Analyst, you will work within cross-functional delivery teams alongside other analysts, engineers, and product managers to discover data insights that help improve healthcare. You will leverage Doximity's extensive datasets to identify and classify behavioral patterns of medical professionals on our platform. This role plays a key part in creating both product and client-facing analytics, informing data team strategy by working closely with product leaders and managers.
You will collaborate with a team to define and lead data projects from data ingestion to analysis to recommendations. This position is expected to work in our San Francisco office 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
