This Data Analyst position supports a critical transparency program within the Government/Staffing sector, focusing on the rigorous analysis of manufacturer price increase notices and new drug submissions. The role exists to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance while enabling data-driven decision-making for program operations and policy development.
You will serve as a bridge between raw data and actionable insights, managing the full lifecycle of data ingestion, cleaning, and validation. Your day-to-day involves developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for both public transparency portals and internal oversight, ensuring that complex trends in drug pricing and cost drivers are visualized clearly for leadership and external stakeholders. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to upholding strict data governance standards, including trade secret protections and regulatory compliance (HIPAA), while collaborating with IT, Legal, and program teams to optimize workflows.
Candidates must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States to be considered for this position. Please note that all start dates and the 13-month duration are estimates and may be adjusted based on the client's business needs. This position is a temporary, full-time role based in Raleigh, NC, with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence two days a week (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM). C2C arrangements are not available for this role.
