About the Company and Team
Our client is a high-growth, AI-native B2B SaaS company. This role serves as a senior leadership position within the legal function, reporting directly to the General Counsel. As a key member of the legal leadership team, the Director will manage one legal operations professional and oversee the company's corporate legal function, global employment legal matters, and Legal Operations. The role requires close partnership with Finance, People, and Systems & AI Transformation leadership to scale the company's legal infrastructure globally.

This is a broad, high-impact opportunity designed for a seasoned corporate lawyer with strong employment law experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will operate both strategically and hands-on, playing a central role in governance, compliance, corporate transactions, and legal operations. The role is remote, with periodic in-person offsites integrated into the company culture.
