Shamrock Foods Company is a privately-held, family-owned Forbes 500 innovator in the food industry. Founded in Arizona in 1922, we live by our founding family's motto to "treat associates like family and customers like friends." Our mission places people first—our associates, our customers, and the families we serve across the nation.
This position serves as a vital link in our retail operations, ensuring merchandise displays are fully stocked and visually appealing across the Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa territories. You will be responsible for examining displays to identify replenishment needs, pulling back-stock using the FIFO system, and participating in store resets and advertising setups to drive sales.
Beyond stocking, you will act as a partner to department managers, resolving out-of-stock situations and training Dairy Managers on proper ordering techniques. The role involves logistical responsibilities, such as completing Equipment Move Order paperwork, loading freezers, and driving non-CDL company vehicles to deliver equipment to designated customer locations. You will also travel between store locations using your own vehicle and attend routine meetings at the Dairy facility or other sites as required.
At Shamrock, benefits are a major part of your overall compensation. We believe offering them at an affordable cost is the right thing to do, which is why we pay for the majority of your health insurance. Associates also enjoy a 401(k) Savings Plan, Profit Sharing, Paid Time Off, and access to incredible growth opportunities, continued education, and wellness programs.
Shamrock Foods Co is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other basis protected by applicable law.
