As a Food Category Expert at Circle K, you will serve as the primary authority on food operations within the store. Your mission is to maximize sales and minimize waste by ensuring flawless execution of all foodservice protocols. You will act as the go-to resource for associates, guiding them through production, replenishment, ordering, and customer service standards.
In this full-time position, you will lead the "train the trainer" program, conducting onboarding and refresher training for store employees on new Foodservice programs. Your day-to-day involves planning and executing food sampling, maintaining strict FIFO rotation, and ensuring displays align with the latest planograms. You will also collaborate with Business Unit Quality Assurance (BUQAS) personnel to identify training needs and drive continuous improvement in food safety and operational efficiency.
