This position is part of a nationwide program dedicated to maintaining IT infrastructure operations across the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The contract supports all U.S. airports and over 30 U.S. Embassy and Consulate international sites across 30 different countries where TSA is present.
Peraton is hiring Customer Technical Specialists to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/TSA customer at airports across the U.S. In this role, you will provide IT-related operational and project support for Federal Security Directors, staff, and the screening workforce. You will deliver professional, high-quality services and a variety of technologies across airport and off-site locations. Your work involves providing technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations while adhering to contracted service level agreements. You will use your judgment to maintain IT operations, make recommendations, and support multiple Operations and Maintenance (O&M) project activities.
The position requires on-site work at our Little Rock, AR location, with a willingness to travel up to 25% as needed. You will often work directly with senior government personnel in high-profile environments, delivering support with a professional presence.
