CACI is seeking a Senior Network Engineer (VOIP) to join a collaborative, multidiscipline team supporting U.S. Government missions. In this role, you will provide critical technical expertise in network engineering and VOIP, ensuring the safety and operational success of our nation's most critical communications infrastructure.
You will serve as a key technical resource, designing and implementing robust voice and video solutions using platforms such as Cisco, Asterisk, and 3CX. Your work will involve configuring complex VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323) and integrating voice systems with cloud services to enhance reliability. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a bridge between complex engineering concepts and non-technical stakeholders, preparing comprehensive documentation and delivering briefings to high-level government personnel.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent experience may be substituted).
Knowledge of Cisco and PolyCom VTC technology. An understanding of Private Branch Exchange telephony. An ability to navigate and configure Linux operating systems. An understanding of wired data transport mediums to include Category 5e/6 and fiber optics. Prior deployment to foreign field areas in support of customer mission. Prior experience communicating official traffic in the customer Electronic Messaging System (EMS). Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, CCIE, MCSE. Familiarity with military communications. Familiarity with satellite and wireless communications.
