Lead Engineer - CCaaS Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Contact Center Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced cloud contact center solutions. This role is pivotal in transforming customer experience strategies by integrating cutting-edge AI technologies, such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and Generative AI, into our core infrastructure. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of these projects, from initial business requirements and RFP responses to ongoing support and optimization.

In this position, you will bridge the gap between complex technical architectures and business goals. You will guide entry and mid-level developers, translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and ensure scalable, resilient solutions are deployed across voice and data networks. The role demands a proactive approach to troubleshooting, continuous improvement of solution offerings, and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams to deliver on-time results in a fast-paced environment.
