About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager for VMware, you will serve as the strategic partner guiding customers through their entire product lifecycle. Your mission is to ensure retention and growth by acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for VMware platforms and solutions. You will build strong relationships with key customers and partners, analyzing consumption reports to provide actionable insights that drive renewal strategies and co-selling opportunities.
In this role, you will plan and conduct regular Customer Success Reviews to align product roadmaps with customer objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to synchronize service delivery, ensuring a positive customer experience that fosters trust. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, managing multiple workflows, and continuously learning new technologies to help our clients succeed.
