The Customer Success Consultant serves as the vital junction between the Customer Success team and National Accounts On-Premise customers. In this role, you will drive the overall communication, planning, and implementation of compliance and digital needs for these key accounts.
You will act as a liaison between local accounts and SGWS Account Directors/VPs who work with purchasing groups. Your day-to-day involves establishing and developing quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, establishing rapport, and identifying needs that exceed expectations. You will work directly with customers to drive full compliance to beverage program mandates, including distribution and activations, while also understanding their digital needs to communicate future enhancements to our technical team.
This position requires acquiring in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate product features, benefits, and pricing, making recommendations that include core and innovative products within compliance guidelines. You will handle large volumes of orders and inbound support calls for a variety of customers with unique needs, such as corporate versus franchisee dynamics. Success in this role demands the ability to work under time pressure, maintain accurate customer records, and resolve concerns efficiently with a positive and professional demeanor.
