The Transitions Clerk is an integral part of our effort to provide excellent customer service. This role serves as the foundation for database accuracy, requiring a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data entry. You will be responsible for researching accounts, processing documents for onboarding, and supporting multiple teams across the organization.
In this position, you will act as a proactive problem solver, ensuring that all operational tasks are completed within expected time frames. You will collaborate closely with the Transitions and Accounting teams to manage routine and urgent tasks, while also holding internal customers accountable for timely and accurate completion of their responsibilities. As the company grows in a fast-paced environment, you will be expected to adapt processes, identify knowledge gaps, and suggest improvements to the status quo.
