Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Customer Solutions Specialist serves as a vital bridge between Solve and our clients. This role exists to support customers by offering thoughtful, knowledgeable solutions that satisfy inquiries and troubleshoot product issues. You will consult with customers to deeply understand their business needs, making calculated product recommendations that complement their operations.
In this position, you will work in tandem with Regional Sales Managers to ensure the sales lifecycle for our customers is seamless. Your day will involve listening attentively to customer needs, communicating effective solutions via phone or email, and managing the end-to-end order process from purchase orders to shipping estimates. By establishing relationships with a consultative approach, you will utilize your technical product knowledge to guide clients through product selection and resolve adjustments, returns, or shipment tracking inquiries.
