About the Role

In this position, you will serve as a vital link between our policyholders and the insurance market, ensuring a smooth and secure experience for every client. You will independently quote insurance policies across multiple carriers, evaluating coverage options and making informed placement decisions based on risk, pricing, and retention strategy.

Your day will involve handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues, negotiate with carriers, and provide timely updates. A significant portion of your focus will be on proactive outreach to policyholders for renewals and retention, utilizing your quoting strategy and carrier selection skills to influence positive outcomes. You will navigate the complexities of an independent agency environment, managing accounts by understanding diverse carrier appetites and underwriting considerations.
