This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Your focus will be on achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
You will be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store environment.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #4329, located at 2506 Florence St, Dallas, TX 75204-5844.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, and reputation, as well as to ensure the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
