About the Company

Our client base includes police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers, and other labor unions. We have established direct relationships with over 20,000 union associations throughout Southern California.

About the Role

The Benefits Coordinator serves as a vital link between our organization and union members. In this role, you will educate members who request information about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. The position focuses on consultation and support; sales are only involved if a customer desires to opt in for additional benefits. There is no cold calling, as we work exclusively with union associations directly.

We are seeking self-motivated individuals with proven leadership abilities, integrity, and exceptional people skills. Hiring Process
