The Customer Service Representative serves as the operational backbone of the business, acting as the primary point of contact for all customer needs and inquiries. This role is designed to bridge the gap between field employees, management, and the customer base, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resource routing.
In this position, you will manage a dynamic mix of inbound and outbound interactions. Your day-to-day involves answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling service plan inquiries. You will also proactively follow up on permits and inspections, reschedule services, and resolve customer claims in accordance with consumer laws. Beyond direct customer interaction, you will maintain critical data entry across emails and text messages to optimize daily manpower allocation.
Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset within a fast-paced, open office environment. You will work collaboratively with teams at all levels to educate customers on location initiatives and develop improvement plans based on feedback. While the role is primarily office-based, it demands physical agility, including the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform tasks requiring bending or crouching.
