The Desk Clerk serves as the first point of contact at TNDC properties, playing a vital role in maintaining site safety and providing administrative support under the supervision of the Assistant or General Manager. This position is essential for ensuring a secure, welcoming, and organized environment for residents and visitors alike.
In this role, you will manage the front desk operations, screening visitors and ensuring they are properly escorted. Beyond security, you will act as a resource for tenants, applicants, and visitors, providing information regarding housing and resolving conflicts with tact and professionalism. The role also involves maintaining accurate building logs, handling incident reports, and supporting the management team with administrative tasks such as mail processing and filing.
The Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) is dedicated to serving a diverse, multi-cultural, low-income population.
