As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of the bank, responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving questions or problems professionally, courteously, and promptly. This role is essential to maintaining the bank's professional reputation while ensuring customers receive accurate information about our wide range of financial products and services.
In this position, you will handle a broad variety of financial services, including opening and closing accounts, renewing time deposits, and assisting with account inquiries and maintenance. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource for checking, savings, time deposits, IRAs, loans, safe deposit boxes, internet banking, debit cards, and credit cards. Your ability to listen, collect data, and secure answers will be key to solving customer issues and presenting bank products that meet their financial needs.
You will work within a team environment, maintaining effective coordination with area personnel and management. Your duties include keeping management informed of problems, assisting other departments as necessary, and ensuring the privacy of customer information. The role requires a high level of organization and the ability to work well under pressure, including the flexibility to work a rotating schedule that includes Saturdays and holidays.
