Lakeland Florida Kenworth is seeking a driven Service Manager to lead our full-time service department. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in leadership and excellent communication skills, offering a chance to join a growing and successful dealer group.
As the Service Manager, you will oversee the Branch service department and its diesel technicians, ensuring efficient and profitable operations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will establish strategic and operational goals, set profit targets, and foster effective communication between the Service department and all other Branch divisions.
Your day-to-day involves managing relationships with key vendors, including Kenworth, PACCAR, and engine distributors, while ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranties and technical procedures. You will also be responsible for the overall upkeep of the facility and grounds, coordinating service advertising, and maintaining a clean, organized shop environment.
