The Client Financial Services Coordinator serves as a vital link between our clients and the financial health of their pet care plans. In this remote role, you will communicate with Banfield clients via inbound and outbound calls regarding past due payments for Wellness Plans, NSF transactions, and outstanding hospital invoices. Your goal is to obtain account information, secure approval for collections, and establish acceptable payment arrangements.
Beyond collections, you will handle calls relating to lost pets, micro-chipping inquiries, hospital questions, and general Wellness Plan questions from both current and potential clients. You will be expected to live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc.
