This position is dedicated to providing extraordinary care to our customers by delivering friendly, courteous, and professional service. You will serve as a critical link in the revenue cycle, utilizing a broad understanding of account handling processes and advanced interpersonal skills to resolve complex payment issues in a timely and accurate manner.
In this role, you will identify appropriate payment details, research and validate payment postings, and make necessary adjustments. A key part of your day involves interpreting payer contracts to ensure all codes on patient accounts match agreements, navigating various payer claim portals, and initiating recoupments, payer refunds, or patient refunds as applicable. You will also interact effectively with others through oral and written communication, while assisting leadership in mentoring peers and training new associates.
This role is based at the Peaks Regional Office in Broomfield, Colorado. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week.
