About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is vital to our mission of delivering superior customer service and ensuring every interaction builds trust. You will serve as the first line of support, educating customers on our products and services while maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your day will involve managing transactions with accuracy, resolving customer inquiries, and fostering a welcoming, clean environment that reflects our core values of communication, customer focus, integrity, teamwork, and results.

Requirements
