U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to serve as the face of our company's exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team to ensure customers receive all the help they need on their journeys. This role goes beyond standard customer service; you will be the expert guiding clients through equipment inspections, maintenance, and the dispatch and return of trucks and trailers using up-to-date technology.
The position offers a unique blend of customer interaction and hands-on work. You will assist customers both inside and outside the center, educate them on products and services, and manage inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology. From installing hitches and filling propane to driving forklifts and moving heavy equipment, this role keeps you active and engaged in the daily operations of the U-Haul center.
