As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team to ensure customers receive all the help they need on their journeys. This role goes beyond standard customer service; you will be the expert guiding clients through equipment inspections, maintenance, and the dispatch and return of U-Haul trucks and trailers using up-to-date technology.
