About the Role
U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to serve as the face of our company's exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team to ensure customers receive all the help they need on their journeys. Your day will involve inspecting and maintaining equipment, assisting customers inside and outside the center, and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return rentals.
This position offers on-the-job education and opportunities for career stability and advancement. You will participate in ongoing continuous learning through U-Haul University and have the chance to earn certifications for tasks like filling propane and operating a forklift.
