U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to serve as the face of our company's exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team to ensure customers receive all the help they need on their journeys. This role goes beyond standard customer service; you will be actively involved in inspecting and maintaining equipment, using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return rentals, and assisting customers both inside and outside the U-Haul center.
The position offers a unique hands-on experience with on-the-job education provided through U-Haul University. You will learn to manage rentals using smartphone-based U-Scan technology, move and hook up trucks and trailers, and handle equipment logistics. Whether you are answering questions, preparing invoices, or installing hitches, you will play a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
We pride ourselves on our motto: 'Hire Fast, Pay Fast.' We believe in rewarding talent quickly and efficiently. You can start today and get paid today! We offer two hands-on working interviews where you will be compensated for your time. Additionally, we provide a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus upon completion of the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification through our 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program.
Beyond immediate incentives, we offer career stability and genuine opportunities for advancement. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) Savings Plan, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We also support your well-being with gym and Mindset App reimbursements, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days, along with various discounts on technology, travel, and insurance.
