About the Role
U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to serve as the face of our company's exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team to ensure customers receive all the help they need on their journeys. Your day will involve inspecting and maintaining equipment, assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, and utilizing up-to-date technology to dispatch and return rentals.
This position offers on-the-job education and opportunities for career stability and advancement. You will participate in ongoing continuous learning through U-Haul University and have the chance to earn certifications for tasks such as filling propane and operating a forklift.

We offer a $100 hiring bonus upon starting. Additionally, a $300 cash bonus is paid upon completion of the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification through our 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program at retail stores.
