As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is vital for delivering superior customer service and ensuring every interaction reflects our core values: Communication, Customer Focus, Integrity and Trust, Teamwork, and Results. You will serve as the first line of support, educating customers on our products and services while maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your day will involve managing transactions with accuracy, resolving customer inquiries, and helping to maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
