About the Role
We are immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lockbourne, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This position works cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management. You will utilize excellent customer communication skills to handle inbound sales calls, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and interact with customers to resolve complaints and answer questions. Your goal is to ensure a great customer experience by executing communication protocols and resolving concerns to meet customer expectations.
