About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on engaging with people and are passionate about delivering superior service. You will be the first line of support, educating customers on our products and ensuring their financial transactions are handled with accuracy and integrity. Your day will involve managing the front-line experience, resolving inquiries, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment that reflects our core values of communication, customer focus, and teamwork.

Requirements
