As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering superior customer service and building trust with our community. You will serve as the first line of support, educating customers on our products and ensuring every interaction reflects our core values: Communication, Customer Focus, Integrity and Trust, Teamwork, and Results.
In this position, you will be accountable for maintaining high quality standards and complying with all company policies. Your day will involve engaging with a diverse range of customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a neat, clean, and welcoming store environment for both customers and team members.
