As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is vital for delivering superior customer service and building trust with our community. You will be responsible for educating customers on our financial products and services, ensuring every interaction reflects our core values of Communication, Customer Focus, Integrity and Trust, Teamwork, and Results.
In this position, you will manage transactions with accuracy and integrity while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. You will act as the first line of defense for compliance, ensuring all activities adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. Beyond processing transactions, you will help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment and work collaboratively with the Store Manager to resolve any customer concerns. Your ability to engage with customers, multi-task in a busy environment, and communicate effectively will be essential to your success.
